Our work is aimed at effecting both individual development and change and the increased performance of the organization.

Syncresse offers a variety of opportunities for women to meet their professional goals and more fully contribute to their organizations, communities, families and social networks. While our focus is on the professional lives of women we understand the line between various aspects of our lives is often artificial and blurred. We help women broaden and deepen their perspective regarding their unique gifts and enhance their capacity to guide and lead; to have an impact on issues they care about. Ultimately this provides greater satisfaction in their lives and enhanced results for the organizations they serve.

Susan Burgess (top) has served on the management teams in public relations, marketing and advertising firms. She is a management consultant developing and delivering programs in leadership, communication, and collaboration. She is co-founder of Syncresse.

Catherine Osler (bottom) brings years of her own personal experience as an entrepreneur and business leader. Catherine is a management consultant focused on leadership training and development for high-performance outcomes. She is co-founder of Syncresse.
